My policy is simple: If your book arrives in a damaged condition or you discover there’s a printing error, send me an email explaining the situation (pictures would help too :p) and I’ll gladly send you a new copy or refund you. Of course, there’s one condition: You need to be the original buyer/reader. Otherwise, you know, we’d have everyone and their aunt writing me and requesting new copies. But then again, if everyone and their aunt was reading Followship, I wouldn’t be writing this myself. 🙂
